By purchasing this digital master resell rights product from High Vibe Collective, you are granted a non-exclusive license to resell the product to others with master resell rights. You may sell the product as many times as you wish and retain 100% of the profits.

LIMITATIONS:

You may not modify or alter the product in any manner. However, you have the authority to brand your sales process as your own and claim ownership over the product and sales process.

WARRANTIES:

This product is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. High Vibe Collective makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All intellectual property rights in this product, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the exclusive property of High Vibe Collective.

TERMINATION:

High Vibe Collective will never terminate this agreement. Once purchased, the digital product remains in the possession of the purchaser indefinitely for resale.

REFUNDS:

All sales of this product are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

LIABILITY:

High Vibe Collective shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

GOVERNING LAW:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of High Vibe Collective.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement. By purchasing or using this digital master resell rights product from High Vibe Collective, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not purchase or use this product.
